Job summary

Sheetz is seeking a Supervisor capable of delivering high-level customer service and leading a fast-paced store team overnight. You will oversee food and beverage preparation to customer specifications, mentor teammates, ensure product availability, and maintain clean store and dining areas.

Qualifications

Must be 18 years of age or older (VA state law requires Supervisor’s to be 21 years of age or older for certain tasks).
Ability to multi-task, stand for long periods, and perform repetitive bending.
Able to lift up to 20 pounds and assist another person in lifting up to 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

Welcome customers with greetings and top-tier customer service.
Serve food and beverages to exact customer specifications in a safe, fast and friendly manner.
Mentor and coach store team members to prioritize tasks and work effectively as a team.
Monitor stock, merchandising, and product availability to ensure items are ready for customers.
Keep store, kitchen, and dining areas clean and organized.
