Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older (VA state law requires Supervisor's to be 21 years of age or older for certain tasks).
• Ability to multi-task, perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching, and occasionally lift up to 20 pounds; assist lifting up to 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with greetings and top-tier service.
• Serve food and beverages to exact specifications in a safe, fast and friendly manner.
• Mentor and coach team members to prioritize tasks and work effectively as a team.
• Ensure products are ordered, merchandised, rotated and readily available for customers.
• Maintain cleanliness in store, kitchen, and dining areas.
