Job summary

Sheetz is seeking a Supervisor to lead in-store teams with high-energy hospitality and strong operational focus. You will mentor teammates, ensure safe, accurate food service, and maintain product availability and store cleanliness.

The role starts at $18.00 per hour with an additional $1.50/hr for overnight shifts (10pm–6am). Benefits include quarterly bonuses, competitive salaries, PTO and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Ability to multitask and perform repetitive bending, standing, and reaching.
• Capacity to lift up to 20 pounds and assist others with lifting 40 pounds.
• Must be 18+ years old (VA state law requires Supervisor’s to be 21+ for certain tasks).

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to our stores with greetings and top-tier customer service
• Make quality food and beverages to exact customer specifications safely and quickly
• Mentor and coach your work team to prioritize tasks and work as a Team Member
• Keep products stocked, merchandised, rotated and available for customers
• Maintain cleanliness in store, kitchen, and dining areas
