Job summary

Qualifications

• 2 years of college; OR 1 year retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
• Criminal Background Check and Firearms Authorized Training where applicable.
• Associates will be required to attend and complete trainings (e.g., Open Door) as part of job requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop teams by teaching, training, and feedback; communicate store objectives.
• Drive store sales and financial performance through budgeting, forecasting, and cost controls.
• Ensure customer service excellence by upholding Walmart standards and service model.
• Coordinate and oversee store operations, merchandising, and inventory flow to support sales goals.
