Job summary

Walmart in Windham, ME is seeking a store leadership professional to lead and develop teams, oversee daily operations, and drive sales while delivering exceptional customer service under the One Best Way model.

You will manage budgets, staffing, training, and performance, coordinate with store departments, and implement initiatives to enhance the shopping experience and financial results.

Qualifications

• 2 years’ college OR 1 year retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience; OR 2 years’ general work experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
• For facilities that sell firearms, CBC and Firearms Training may be required where applicable.
• Associates must attend and complete all job-required trainings and assessments (e.g., Academy, Open Door trainings).

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop high-performing teams, teaching and mentoring associates to achieve store goals.
• Drive store performance by managing budgets, staffing, inventory, and customer service initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming shopping environment.
