Walmart in Houma, LA seeks a store leadership professional to drive team development and customer-focused initiatives. You will supervise associates, communicate company objectives, and lead change initiatives across store operations.

The role emphasizes achieving sales and profit goals, managing budgets, and ensuring high standards of customer service, through open communication and data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• 2 years’ of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience; OR 2 years’ general work experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
• For facilities that sell firearms, CBC and Firearms Authorized Training may be required. For ammunition facilities, certificates of eligibility may apply.

Responsabilités

• Leads and develops teams by teaching, training, listening to associates, touring stores and providing feedback; communicates objectives and leads change efforts.
• Manages customer service initiatives and ensures a high quality customer experience across the store.
• Drives store financial performance by reviewing PL statements, budgeting, forecasting and controlling expenses while ensuring optimal merchandise presentation and shrink mitigation.
