Qualifications

• 2 years’ college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience; OR 2 years’ general work experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
• For facilities that sell firearms, CBC and training requirements may apply.
• Associates must attend and complete job trainings and assessments.

Responsibilities

• Leads and develops teams by training and feedback, and communicating store direction.
• Drives store sales, budgets, and cost control through planning and analysis.
• Oversees customer service initiatives and resolves issues to ensure high quality experience.
• Hires, trains, mentors, assigns duties, and promotes a sense of belonging.
• Ensures compliance with policies and standards, upholding Walmart values.
