Qualifications

• 2 years of college; OR 1 year retail experience and 1 year supervisory experience; OR 2 years general work experience and 1 year supervisory experience.
• For facilities that sell firearms, CBC and Firearms Authorized Training may be required.
• Associates will be required to attend and successfully complete trainings and assessments (e.g. Academy, Open Door).

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop teams by teaching, training, listening to associates, touring stores, and providing feedback.
• Manage store operations, merchandising, inventory flow, and budgets to ensure sales and profit goals are met.
• Uphold customer service standards and the One Best Way (OBW) service model across associates.
• Foster a culture of belonging, recruit and develop qualified staff, and promote teamwork and integrity.
