Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum: 2 years of college; OR 1 year retail experience and 1 year supervisory experience; OR 2 years general work experience and 1 year supervisory experience.
• Preferred: Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership through Live Better U and Bellevue University; 5+ direct reports supervision including performance management, mentoring, hiring, and firing

Responsibilities

• Leads and develops teams by teaching training, providing feedback, and communicating with all levels of associates.
• Drives store performance by reviewing PL statements, budgeting, forecasting and controlling expenses to meet sales and profit goals.
• Provides supervision and development opportunities for hourly associates through hiring, training, mentoring, and setting clear expectations.
• Ensures customer service standards and open door policy, delivering a welcoming, belonging-driven workplace.
