Responsibilities

• Leads and develops teams by teaching and listening to associates; tours stores and provides feedback.
• Drives store financial performance by reviewing PL, budgeting, forecasting, and controlling expenses.
• Provides supervision and development opportunities for hourly associates; sets clear expectations and mentoring.
• Ensures compliance with company policies, Open Door policy, and ethics guidelines.
• Promotes belonging and integrity in the workplace; communicates company direction and drives change initiatives.
