You will manage staffing, budgeting, merchandising, and performance, lead change initiatives, and deliver a high‑quality customer experience through the One Best Way in a dynamic retail environment. Qualifications

• 2 years’ of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience; OR 2 years’ general work experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
• For facilities that sell firearms, CBC and Firearms Authorized Training may be required.

Responsibilities

• Leads and develops teams by teaching training and listening to associates, touring stores and providing feedback.
• Drives store financial performance by reviewing PL statements, budgeting, forecasting and controlling expenses.
• Provides supervision and development opportunities for hourly associates and recruits to meet staffing needs.
• Ensures compliance with company policies and promotes a culture of ethics and integrity.
