• For facilities that sell firearms, background checks and training may apply.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop teams by teaching, coaching, and feedback across store operations.
• Drive store performance by managing budgeting, merchandising, inventory, and customer service initiatives.
• Provide supervision and development opportunities for hourly associates and promote a sense of belonging.
