Job summary

Qualifications

• 2 years of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience; OR 2 years’ general work experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop store teams by teaching training and feedback, and communicating store operations.
• Drive financial performance by reviewing PL statements, budgeting and controlling expenses for the designated store area.
• Oversee merchandising, inventory flow, seasonal transitions and customer service initiatives to ensure a high-quality customer experience.
• Provide supervision and development opportunities for hourly associates, setting expectations and recruiting to meet staffing needs.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain Open Door Policy in daily operations.
