Qualifications

• Minimum qualifications include 2 years of college; OR 1 year of retail experience and 1 year of supervisory experience; OR 2 years of general work experience and 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Facilities dealing with firearms require completion of CBC and Firearms Training where applicable; state requirements may apply.
• Associates must attend trainings such as Open Door and related assessments.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop store teams with feedback and coaching.
• Drive customer service using OBW model and resolve issues.
• Manage store financials: budgeting, forecasts, and expenses.
• Ensure inventory flow, merchandising, and shrink control.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to meet business goals.
