Job summary

Walmart in Princeton, KY is seeking a store leader to develop teams, drive sales and ensure outstanding customer service. You will supervise hourly associates, manage operations and implement company change initiatives while upholding Walmart values.

Qualifications

• 2 years’ of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience; OR 2 years’ general work experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
• For facilities that sell firearms, CBC and training may be required.
• Associates will be required to attend and successfully complete all job-required trainings and assessments.
• Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership through Live Better U and Bellevue University.

Responsibilities

• Leads and develops teams by teaching training and actively listening to associates, touring stores and providing feedback.
• Manage and support customer service initiatives and store operations.
• Review PL statements, budgeting forecasting and controlling expenses to meet sales and profit goals.
• Drive merchandising, inventory flow and loss prevention in designated store area.
• Promote a culture of integrity belonging and collaboration across all levels of staff.
