Bass Pro Shops in Destin, FL is seeking an Overnight Supervisor to guide Outfitters on overnight shifts, ensuring replenishment, merchandising, price changes and inventory accuracy.

You will delegate tasks, train associates, maintain signage and planograms, coordinate special events, manage break schedules, and support the management team in staffing and performance coaching while upholding safety and guest service standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum Degree Required: High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• 2–4 Retail Years experience in retail.
• Availability to work overnight shifts.

Responsibilities

• Delegate tasks to team members with clear direction and follow-up.
• Ensure adherence to SOPs and provide training as needed.
• Maintain visual presentation, signage, planograms and pricing accuracy.
• Oversee nightly replenishment from backstock and central sources.
• Support inventory counts and coordination of special events and staffing.
