Qualifications

• 2 years' of college; OR 1 year's retail experience and 1 year's supervisory experience; OR 2 years' general work experience and 1 year's supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop teams effectively by teaching training and actively listening to associates, touring stores and providing feedback.
• Drive store operations, merchandising and company direction with clear expectations and guidance.
• Manage financial performance: review PL, budgeting, forecasting and controlling expenses in designated area.
• Supervise hourly associates: hiring, training, mentoring, recognizing, and promoting a belonging mindset.
