Responsibilities
- Leads and develops teams by teaching, training, listening to associates, providing feedback, and guiding store operations.
- Drives store financial performance by reviewing PL statements, budgeting, forecasting and controlling expenses to meet sales and profit goals.
- Provides supervision and development opportunities for hourly associates through hiring, training, mentoring, and setting clear expectations.
- Ensures compliance with company policies and supports ethics, integrity, and Open Door policy in daily operations.
- Maintains customer focus by delivering exceptional service and implementing initiatives to improve the customer experience.
- Recruits and develops qualified associates to meet staffing needs and company growth potential.
