Job summary

Walmart in Cartersville, GA seeks a dynamic leader to drive store performance and develop a high-performing team. You will hire, train, mentor, and set clear expectations while upholding Walmart's OBW service model and culture of belonging.

You will monitor budgets, analyze sales, monitor inventory, and implement action plans to enhance customer experience. Minimum qualifications include 2 years of college or 1 year retail with 1 year supervisory experience; a Bachelor’s in Business Management

Qualifications

• 2 years' of college; OR 1 year's retail experience and 1 year's supervisory experience.
• For facilities that sell firearms, CBC and Firearms Training may be required.
• Bachelor degree in Business Management and Leadership is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leads and develops teams by teaching and listening to associates.
• Manage store operations, merchandising, and company direction.
• Drive store sales and review PL statements, budgeting, forecasting, and expenses.
• Provide supervision and development opportunities for hourly associates.
• Ensure compliance with policies and Open Door philosophy.
• Foster a culture of belonging and associate recognition.
