Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2–3 years retail experience in a related field.
• At least 1 year of management experience.
• Ability to communicate clearly and direct teams.
• Ability to analyze financial and sales data and act on it.
• Certifications required (as applicable).

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and supervise daily store operations across departments.
• Staffing, selection, and hiring to meet staffing needs.
• Mentor and coach team members; drive customer service and sales.
• Maintain store appearance and adherence to standards.
• Ensure safe work environment and consistent attendance.
• Handle disciplinary actions and promotions decisions.
• Manage P&L, shrink, and achieve sales targets.
• Provide training across SDITs and hourly staff.
