Job summary

Qualifications

• 2 years’ of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
• Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership through Live Better U and Bellevue University is a preferred qualification for advancement.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop teams by training, feedback, and clear expectations to improve store operations.
• Drive store sales and profitability by monitoring budgets, forecasts, and expense control.
• Ensure customer service excellence using Walmart's One Best Way (OBW) model and oversee community outreach.
• Hire, train, mentor, and develop associates; promote a culture of belonging and inclusion.
• Ensure compliance with policies, open-door philosophy, and ethical standards across the store.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to meet customer and business needs and drive continuous improvement.
