Job summary

Target is hiring an Overnight Inbound (Stocking) Expert to support stock replenishment and inventory accuracy at the Miami store location. You will help maintain price signs, organize shelves, and ensure products are readily available for guests during overnight shifts.

The role requires a physically active environment, comfort with lifting up to 44 pounds, and a willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed. Training will be provided to ensure safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older and able to work a flexible schedule.
• Ability to lift and move merchandise up to 44 pounds.
• Willingness to learn store processes and safety policies.

Responsibilities

• Stock, organize and store reserve product and straighten merchandise on sales floor.
• Maintain product availability on the GM sales floor.
• Operate powered equipment if certified and unload freight as needed.
• Support guest services and assist peers to ensure a smooth guest experience.
• Follow safety policies and report hazards as part of a compliant work environment.
