Job summary

Bass Pro Shops in Altoona, IA is seeking a Stocking Associate to perform merchandise stocking in Receiving and on the Sales Floor, unload trucks, and keep back stock organized. You will become a product knowledge expert, assist customers with a friendly, professional manner, maintain signs and pricing, and operate the POS system as part of a team delivering a world class shopping experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to operate POS and read UPC labels.
• Strong customer service and teamwork skills required.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves and back stock daily according to Merchandising guidelines.
• Assist customers and provide friendly, professional service.
• Unload trucks as needed and maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Know product promotions and follow pricing/signing tasks.
