Qualifications

• Associates will be required to attend and successfully complete all job-required trainings and assessments (e.g., Academy trainings).
• Bachelor degree pathway through Live Better U is preferred for advancement.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop teams, teaching and listening to associates and providing feedback.
• Drive store financial performance, budgeting, forecasting and controlling expenses.
• Ensure customer service excellence and implement process improvements across operations.
• Hire, train, mentor associates, set clear expectations and promote belonging.
