Job summary

Albertsons Companies Inc. is seeking a Stocker to keep shelves stocked and the store ready for customers. You will work on the floor during the day to stock products, assist customers, and locate items.

Overnight shifts involve preparing for the next day, handling deliveries, and resetting displays with minimal customer traffic. This role includes moving backstock to floors, rotating inventory, and maintaining clean aisles while adhering to safety and store procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate equipment such as pallet jacks and balers following training and safety guidelines.
• Basic math and communication skills required.
• Availability to work flexible shifts including daytime, evening, overnight, weekends, and holidays.
• Compliance with company policies including safety, sanitation, and dress standards.
• Prior retail, stocking, or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves and merchandise products to keep aisles organized and easy to shop.
• Assist customers with locating items and answer questions on the floor.
• Move products from backroom to sales floor and rotate stock.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of work areas and equipment.
• Support deliveries and restocking during peak hours or overnight shifts.
