Job summary

Albertsons Companies is seeking a Stocker to help keep shelves filled and the store ready for customers. Day shifts focus on stocking products, assisting customers, and locating items.

Overnight shifts prepare the store for the next day by handling deliveries and resetting displays. The role also involves moving products from the backroom to the sales floor, rotating inventory, and maintaining clean aisles.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate equipment such as pallet jacks and balers following training and safety guidelines.
• Basic math and communication skills required.
• Availability to work flexible shifts including daytime, evening, overnight, weekends, and holidays.
• Compliance with company policies including safety, sanitation, and dress standards.
• Prior retail, stocking, or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves and stockroom areas, assisting customers with questions and locating items.
• Prepare store for the next day during overnight shifts; manage deliveries and reset displays.
• Move products from backroom to sales floor, rotate inventory, and keep aisles clean and organized.
• Handle freight, restock shelves, and maintain clean work areas.
• Follow company policies and safety procedures; adapt to varied shifts including weekends and holidays.
