Job summary

Albertsons Companies Inc. is seeking a Stocker to keep shelves stocked, help customers, and maintain displays on the sales floor. Day shifts cover stocking, pricing, and organizing aisles; overnight shifts prep the store for the next day with deliveries and backroom work.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused on the sales floor and on the restrictions of shelving.
• Stocking, shelf maintenance, and display upkeep.
• Familiarity with store layout, product locations, and pricing.
• Attention to stocking accuracy, rotation, labeling, and removal of outdated products.
• Efficient workload management while maintaining clean, organized areas.
• Safe operation of store equipment per training guidelines.
• Monitoring stock levels and backroom organization.
• Adherence to company policies, safety procedures, and stocking processes.
• Comfort with varied shifts including day, evening, or overnight.
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs as required.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves and prepare displays to ensure product visibility and pricing accuracy.
• Assist customers on the sales floor with questions and item locations.
• Organize backroom stock, rotate inventory, and restock as needed.
• Maintain clean aisles and well-organized work areas.
• Operate pallet jacks and other equipment following safety guidelines.
