Job summary

WinCo Foods in California is seeking a stocker to maintain and replenish stock safely and efficiently, while delivering friendly, courteous service to customers. Shifts run during 9:00 pm to 9:00 am, with hours spanning nights, weekends, and holidays.

The role involves stocking, rotating, facing products, and using hand trucks and pallet jacks. You will also build displays and ensure a clean, safe work environment, performing other duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Food Handlers Certification required by state law.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally and up to 40 lbs frequently.
• Ability to work varied nights and 24/7 operation including weekends/holidays.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Welcome, engage, and thank customers with a friendly, courteous attitude.
• Stock, rotate, face products, and discard spoiled items; maintain stockroom.
• Operate hand trucks and pallet jacks; build product displays.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and sanitary work environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned or needed.
