Job Responsibilities

• Stock food shelves with a variety of products.
• Pull back stock and trash to the back room to the correct areas.
• Work with management to ensure correct areas are stocked in a timely fashion.
• Maintain a friendly demeanor with customers.
• Work night shifts.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Knowledge of computer systems and comfort using them.
• Process-driven with the ability to follow procedures efficiently.
• Ability to stay calm in a fast-paced environment.
• Desire to work with customers regularly.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Capability to lift, carry, push, pull, bend, and twist while handling products.
• Ability to stand for long periods.
• Knowledge of forklift and pallet jack operation is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits

We are committed to offering competitive pay that reflects market standards, with a step pay plan starting between $15.40 and $16.38, with raises after predetermined hours worked. The actual rate will meet or surpass the legal wage requirement for the location.
