The Seasonal Associate includes roles such as Assembler, Receiver/Stocker, Customer Service Associate (CSA) - Sales Floor, CSA Loader, CSA Front End. All roles support Lowe’s mission by providing excellent customer service, assisting with shopping needs, stocking merchandise, and processing sales and returns. Specific responsibilities vary by role but contribute to store operations and customer satisfaction. Seasonal Associates may be considered for any of these roles depending on hiring needs.

Travel Requirements: This role generally does not require regular travel but may occasionally require travel to meetings, trainings, or to support neighboring stores.

What We're Looking For

• Hourly Seasonal: Generally scheduled 10 to 40 hours; more hours may be required based on store needs.
• Availability: Must be available any day of the week for morning, afternoon, and evening shifts; Receiver/Stocker role requires late evening, night, and early morning availability.
• Physical ability to perform tasks such as prolonged standing and lifting (minimum 25 pounds, or 10 pounds for CSA Front End).

Minimum Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, and perform basic arithmetic for roles like Assembler & Receiver/Stocker.
• At least 6 months of experience with computers and handheld devices for CSAs.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience operating forklift/power equipment (3 months) for Assembler & Receiver/Stocker.
• 6 months of retail experience for CSAs, including customer service and sales tasks.
