Job summary

Meijer Great Lakes in Medina, OH is seeking a stock associate to ensure shelves are stocked, organized, and ready for customers. You will move products from pallets or carts to correct shelf locations and help keep back rooms clean and safe.

The role requires teamwork, reliability, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Basic technology use is supported with training, and overnight shifts help prepare the store for the day ahead.

Qualifications

• Comfortable learning and using basic technology.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves with a variety of food and grocery products.
• Move product from pallets or carts to the correct shelf locations efficiently and accurately.
• Pull backstock and dispose of cardboard and trash in designated back‑room areas.
• Work closely with leadership to ensure assigned areas are completed on time.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Provide friendly, respectful interactions with customers when needed.
• Work overnight shifts to prepare the store for the day ahead.
• Support other tasks as needed to keep operations running smoothly.

This position is responsible for taking stock from either an l-cart or pallet and, with using the correct location codes provided on the box, put the stock in the correct location on the shelf and repeat this process until the assigned area is finished.
