Ideal candidates will have at least 1 year of stewarding or dishwashing experience, the ability to read safety labels, and a capacity to work the 11:00 p.m.–7:00 a.m. shift.

Qualifications

• Experience in a stewarding or dishwashing role preferred.
• Ability to read and follow cleaning product instructions and safety labels.
• Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and complete tasks thoroughly.
• Knowledge of proper sanitation and cleaning procedures.

Responsibilities

• Report to the assigned station on time with required supplies for shift.
• Follow all cleaning product and equipment safety instructions.
• Communicate clearly with managers and teammates.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation across all work areas and equipment.
• Operate dishwashing equipment and clean all dishware, glassware, pots, pans and small wares.
• Recognize and report maintenance issues with kitchen equipment to management.
• Assist other stations to complete all closing tasks before shift end.
• Maintain a safe, organized, and sanitary overnight work environment.
