When third shift is running, somebody has to be the staffing presence in the building. That's you.
Picture a Tuesday night in Kenosha: the shift is starting, two people didn't show, a new hire is standing at the door not sure where to check in, and a supervisor wants an answer about tomorrow's headcount. You're the person who handles all of it. You work the backup list, walk the new hire through their first night, get the supervisor what they need, and keep everything documented so day shift picks up exactly where you left off.
When the floor is quiet, you shift to the recruiting side of the house: calling candidates back, moving people through the hiring process, keeping records current. This job runs on you showing up every night and keeping things in order without anyone looking over your shoulder, because most nights, no one is. If you're the kind of person who keeps your own system for tracking it all and actually likes that pace, this role was written for you.
