W3Global is seeking an Overnight Sleep Technologist to join our team. The ideal candidate is a registered Sleep Technologist with experience in sleep studies and patient care. Shifts run 6:45pm-7:45am, with a flexible three-day schedule; training occurs at two clinic locations.

Regular schedule includes Sunday, Thursday, and Friday. The role requires performing diagnostic sleep studies, coordinating with physicians, and maintaining a professional, patient-centered environment.

Formación

• Registered Polysomnographic Technologist (RPSGT) certification or equivalent.
• Knowledge and experience in performing sleep studies with polysomnography and related equipment.
• Ability to monitor patients overnight and identify issues promptly.
• Excellent communication with patients and healthcare teams.
• Strong organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Current BLS Healthcare Provider CPR Certification.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct overnight sleep studies (Polysomnography) according to protocols.
• Prepare patients for sleep studies and apply equipment.
• Monitor patient conditions overnight and adjust equipment as needed.
• Document patient information and study data accurately.
• Collaborate with the sleep team to ensure best outcomes.
• Maintain a clean, safe sleep lab and follow infection control protocols.
• Troubleshoot and calibrate equipment as necessary.
• Educate patients on sleep disorders and follow-up care.
• Maintain patient confidentiality per HIPAA.
• Stay current with sleep medicine and technology certifications.
