Job summary

Crestline Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Part Time Overnight Shuttle Driver (10:00pm - 6:00am) to transport guests to nearby locations within a mile of the hotel and provide excellent service. You’ll respond to inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain vehicle safety and cleanliness.

The role requires a valid driver’s license, a clean driving record, and at least 3 years of driving experience, with the ability to operate all vehicle types and communicate effectively in English.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience driving vehicles.
• Good understanding of English.
• Able to drive all vehicle types.

Responsibilities

• Be familiar with services, features, and local attractions to answer inquiries accurately.
• Resolve guest complaints and ensure satisfaction.
• Keep areas clean, sanitized, and organized.
• Know daily activities, arrivals/departures, and outlet hours.
• Greet guests and invite return visits.
• Drive guests within a one-mile radius of the hotel.
• Ensure vehicle security and keys management.
• Provide accurate directions to destinations.
• Inspect vehicles daily and report hazards.
• Follow procedures for accidents or incidents.
