Job summary

The Shuttle Driver at Towne Park is responsible for transporting guests to and from hotels, hospitals or casinos and nearby areas in a friendly, safe and courteous manner. You will assist guests with luggage, log vehicle activity, and perform pre-shift inspections to ensure safe operation.

The role requires a valid driver’s license, the ability to communicate clearly in English, and adherence to HIPAA and confidentiality standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must pass criminal background, MVR and drug screen.
• Must be at least 21 years of age due to vehicle leasing terms.
• Valid driver's license maintained at all times.
• Wheelchair Safety Training as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Transport guests to/from hotel, hospital, casino and local area using safe driving practices.
• Assist guests with luggage during arrival and departure; maintain vehicle logs.
• Inspections of vehicle before shift and report any malfunctions to management.
• Respect guest confidentiality and HIPAA requirements; operate wheelchairs if needed.
