Job summary

Hidden Creek Recovery & Retreat in Georgia is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our overnight clinical team serving adolescents with behavioral health needs in a residential setting. You will administer medications, perform health assessments, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support safety and treatment progress during overnight hours.

This role rewards crisis management, clinical judgment, and compassionate care in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Georgia or a Compact State eligibility.
• Minimum one year of nursing experience.
• Current BLS/CPR certification (American Heart Association).
• Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and monitor effectiveness, side effects, and adverse reactions.
• Complete daily vital signs and ongoing nursing assessments.
• Conduct weekly nursing evaluations and document findings accurately.
• Observe and assess clients for changes in physical or mental health status.
• Implement treatment protocols as directed by nursing leadership.
• Provide routine nursing care while maintaining patient safety.
