Qualifikationen

• One or more years’ nursing experience in clinical settings preferred.
• Knowledge of psychotropic medications and administration procedures.
• CPR and de-escalation training required (or provided on hire).
• First aid may be required depending on state requirements.

Aufgaben

• Assess physical and behavioral health needs and develop care plans.
• Coordinate nursing care and supervise LPNs, CNAs and staff on shift.
• Maintain medical records and educate clients and families.
• Administer medications using two client identifiers and document accurately.
• Communicate updates to treatment team and escalate changes in condition.
