Job summary

SI Utility LLC is seeking an Overnight Parts Coordinator to manage the flow of parts, tools, and materials from receiving through issuance and inventory control. You will support production and maintenance teams by ensuring timely availability of needed items and maintaining accurate records.

The role requires a high school diploma, at least two years in warehouse or logistics, valid driver's license, forklift certification (or ability to obtain), and the physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in warehouse, inventory control, logistics, or manufacturing.
• Forklift certification or ability to obtain certification.
• Valid driver's license.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk most of the workday.
• Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Receive and verify incoming parts and materials.
• Issue parts, tools, and consumables to production and maintenance.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and perform cycle counts.
• Monitor stock levels and communicate replenishment needs.
• Coordinate parts availability to support production schedules.
• Load, unload, stage, and store materials safely.
• Operate a forklift (up to 9,000 lb) per OSHA standards.
• Maintain an organized, clean warehouse and storage area.
• Support document control and inventory traceability requirements

In this role, you will play a key part in keeping our manufacturing operations running smoothly by managing the flow of parts, tools, and materials from receiving through issuance and inventory control.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming parts and materials


• Issue parts, tools, and consumables to production and maintenance teams


• Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct cycle counts


• Monitor stock levels and communicate replenishment needs


• Coordinate parts availability to support production schedules


• Load, unload, stage, and store materials safely


• Operate a forklift (up to 9,000 lb. capacity) per OSHA standards


• Maintain an organized, clean warehouse and storage area


• Support document control and inventory traceability requirements

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required


• Minimum 2 years of experience in warehouse, inventory control, logistics, or manufacturing preferred


• Valid driver's license


• Forklift certified or ability to obtain certification


• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
