Job summary

SI Utility LLC in Midland, TX seeks an Overnight Parts Coordinator to manage flow of parts, tools, and materials from receiving through issuance and inventory control. You will receive, inspect, verify, issue items, and help maintain accurate records.

Responsibilities include coordinating parts availability with production schedules, operating a forklift per OSHA standards, and maintaining a safe, organized warehouse environment while supporting document control and traceability.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in warehouse, inventory control, logistics, or manufacturing preferred.
• Valid driver's license.
• Forklift certified or ability to obtain certification.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand/walk up to 90% of the workday.
• Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Commitment to safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming parts and materials.
• Issue parts, tools, and consumables to production and maintenance teams.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct cycle counts.
• Monitor stock levels and communicate replenishment needs.
• Coordinate parts availability to support production schedules.
• Load, unload, stage, and store materials safely.
• Operate a forklift (up to 9,000 lb. capacity) per OSHA standards.
• Maintain an organized, clean warehouse and storage area.
• Support document control and inventory traceability requirements.
