As a Shift Manager, you will lead your team with a positive attitude, seek help when needed, and guide others. Your responsibilities include ensuring team members complete their duties, managing inventory, and maintaining financial accountability. Your friendly demeanor will help deliver safe, quality food to customers promptly. You will also play a key role in maintaining a safe environment for employees and customers.

Job Requirements and Essential Functions

• Ability to work night/overnight hours
• Must be at least 18 years old
• High School Diploma or GED preferred but not required
• Basic computer literacy
• Reliable transportation
• Basic business math, accounting, and strong analytical skills
• Ability to supervise and motivate the team, working alongside them
• Ability to perform cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and trash removal
• Maintain the parking lot and grounds surrounding the restaurant
• Stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs., and stoop for 80% of shift time
