Charter Foods, a franchisee of leading brands in the Food & Beverage industry, is seeking a Shift Manager to support the Management Team in running effective shifts while meeting Charter Foods and brand standards. As a Shift Manager, you will lead your team with a positive attitude, seek help when needed, and ensure team members complete their duties. You will manage inventory, maintain financial accountability, and ensure the delivery of safe, quality food in a timely manner. Your role is crucial in maintaining a safe environment for both employees and customers.

Job Requirements and Essential Functions

• Able to work at night/overnight hours
• Must be at least 18 years old
• High School Diploma or GED preferred, but not required
• Basic computer skills
• Reliable transportation
• Basic math, accounting, and strong decision-making skills
• Ability to supervise, motivate, and work alongside team members
• Physical ability to sweep, mop, dust, lift up to 50 lbs., and stand/walk for 80% of shift
• Ability to clean the parking lot and surrounding grounds
