As a Shift Manager, you will lead your shift by guiding the team, ensuring duties are completed, managing inventory, and maintaining financial accountability. Job Requirements and Essential Functions

• Ability to work at night/overnight hours
• Must be at least 18 years old
• High School Diploma or GED preferred, not required
• Basic computer literacy
• Reliable transportation
• Basic math, accounting, and analytical skills
• Ability to supervise and motivate the team
• Ability to perform physical tasks (sweeping, mopping, dusting, lifting up to 50 lbs., etc.)
• Ability to tolerate standing, walking, and stooping for most of the shift
