Position Description:

Shift Coordinator: Help men rebuild their lives after incarceration at Clifton Place.

180 Degrees believes every person deserves a fresh start. Clifton Place serves adult men transitioning from incarceration and navigating community supervision, many carrying the weight of long-term system involvement, trauma, substance use, housing instability, and disrupted access to healthcare and employment. For many of these men, the road to independence starts with one thing: someone who believes they can change.

Every day, residents at Clifton Place are doing the hard work of stabilizing their lives, meeting court-ordered conditions, and building the skills and confidence to live safely and independently. What they need is consistency, boundaries, and someone who shows up without judgment. That's you.

As a Shift Coordinator, you're the anchor of daily life at Clifton Place, the steady, engaged presence who builds real relationships with residents and helps turn structure into stability. • Support residents' lives outside the facility as they meet court-ordered conditions and rebuild independence
  • Build genuine relationships that help residents feel seen, supported, and accountable
  • Step in with calm, skilled de-escalation when emotions escal
  • Model consistency, boundaries, and belief in people's capacity for change
  • Help with daily living needs, because healing starts with the basics
  • Handle administrative and program-related tasks that keep Clifton Place running smoothly including intake, UAs, BAs, safety checks, and room inspections
  • Support medication management, ensuring residents stay safe and on track with their health needs
  • Collaborate closely with a team of Shift Coordinators, case managers, and support staff to create a consistent, unified experience for every resident
  • Support case management goals and keep solid documentation by providing direct impact to the residents
  • Work flexible shifts — including evenings, overnights, on-call duties, and covering open shifts when needed

This role is for you if:

You believe people can change and you're not afraid to hold the line while helping them get there. You're steady under pressure you stay calm when things get chaotic. You show up consistently, because consistency is what rebuilds trust. You maintain professional boundaries, safeguard confidentiality, and hold yourself to the highest ethical standard. And you want a job where the work is real, human, and meaningful every day on every shift.

Qualifications:
