Qualifications

• Need customer service experience.

• Alarm panel experience preferred.
• Access control and badge experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by following security procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and access-control issues calmly and effectively.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of facilities and perimeter areas.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials, and report unauthorized access.
• Document observations and incidents, communicating with leadership.
