Qualifications

• A valid driver’s license is required in the state where the job is located.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Background investigation and drug screen required by employment.
• Must be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Loss prevention and customer service experience preferred.
• Access control and badge experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors while carrying out site-specific security procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of facilities and perimeter locations.
• Monitor access points and assist with visitor and contractor entry per procedures for restricted areas.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and emergencies in a calm, controlled manner and notify responders.
• Complete detailed activity logs and incident documentation maintaining professional presence.
