Qualifications

• At least one year of armed security-related, law enforcement, or military experience.
• A valid driver’s license is required.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background check required by federal/state/local laws.
• Drug screen may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and vendors by carrying out security-related procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents and access concerns in a calm, professional manner, escalating per site procedures.
• Conduct regular foot and vehicle patrols of building areas and surrounding perimeter.
• Monitor access points and observe activity following visitor/contractor/delivery procedures.
• Document patrols and incidents in reports and communicate with site management.
