The role requires strong security knowledge, immediate responsiveness, and a professional demeanor to protect guests, associates, and property while upholding The Setai's standards of service and discretion.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of safety and security equipment, utensils and procedures.
• Ability to diffuse potentially difficult situations.
• Able to work varied shifts and flexible schedules.
• Advanced skill using computer, surveillance and communications systems.
• Excellent guest and employee relations skills.
• Discretion with confidential information and professional image.
• Familiarity with handling situations involving alcohol, drugs and weapons.
• Good time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Must obtain CPR and First Aid certification within 30 days of hire.
• Florida Security license.

Responsibilities

• Assist in all hotel security and safety-related programs. Perform protective, preventative, safety, and security-related enforcement functions touring hotel complex to ensure the safety and well-being of all hotel guests, associates, and vendors.
