The Setai in Miami Beach invites an Overnight Front Desk Agent to join a luxury oceanfront property blending Asian-inspired simplicity with South Beach elegance. You will welcome guests, manage night operations, and ensure seamless service in a serene, culturally rich setting.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years at a luxury hotel front desk (or 3+ years in boutique/high-end hotels), demonstrate a passion for hospitality, impeccable discretion, and a willingness to embody hospitality around

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of front desk experience in a luxury hotel or 3 years in a boutique/high-end independent hotel.
• Demonstrated passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction.
• Exemplary decorum and discretion in guest interactions.
