Allied Universal, North America's leading security and facility services company, is seeking a Security Officer for full-time night shifts in New Stanton, PA. You will deliver professional security, screen entrants, verify IDs, and respond calmly to incidents, helping maintain a safe environment for employees and visitors.

Qualifications

• CPR/First Aid certification is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Loss prevention experience is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check as required by law.
• Drug screen as required by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel at a technology, media, and telecommunications location by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and policies.
• Screen individuals, packages, and deliveries entering the location in accordance with established access-control procedures.
• Verify identification, credentials, and authorization for entry; direct visitors to appropriate check-in processes and restricted areas as applicable.
• Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; report observations and elevate concerns according to site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of screening areas, entry points, and the business perimeter to deter unauthorized access and identify security-related concerns.
